Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, body-focused approach that considers relaxation and comfort. Postural coaching looks at how you stand, sit and move; discuss the scope of oligotherapy directly with Alice.<\/p>\n

A conversation about your concerns<\/h3>\n

You can discuss questions about tension, neck or back discomfort, headaches, fatigue, posture or stress, for example. Alice considers with you which approach within her services may be appropriate and what to expect from an appointment.<\/p>\n

These complementary methods are not appropriate for every health concern, and their effectiveness is not established for every use.
