Massage with Agnes Szabo<\/h2>\n

Agnes is an experienced massage practitioner with an interest in naturopathy and different massage traditions. Sports-massage training in 2015 gave her a foundation in anatomy and physiology. She subsequently studied lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, cupping, Ayurvedic massage, hot stone, connective-tissue massage, Thai, pregnancy massage, Lomi Lomi, aromatherapy and sculpting.<\/p>\n

Her approach is guided by your preferences and comfort. She uses natural oils, herbal extracts and essential oils among her treatment materials. Discuss sensitivities, pregnancy and relevant health information beforehand so that the selected massage is appropriate.<\/p>\n

Lomi Lomi and gentle lymphatic techniques<\/h3>\n

Lomi Lomi is one of Agnes\u2019 favourite massages. This Hawaiian massage uses long, flowing strokes, often with the forearms, and plenty of oil. Its rhythm draws on the movement of the ocean and creates space for a calm, relaxing appointment.<\/p>\n

Agnes also offers gentle, rhythmic lymphatic massage and combinations for the head, neck, shoulders and body. Her range includes massage focused on comfort with lipedema and cellulite, using connective-tissue, sculpting and lymphatic techniques. Discuss medical concerns and expectations beforehand; massage does not replace medical treatment.<\/p>\n

Choose your massage<\/h3>\n

Lomi Lomi is available as a 60- or 90-minute session. The relaxing lymphatic combination takes 90 minutes; back, shoulders and neck with lymphatic drainage takes 60 minutes. The calendar lists 60 minutes for lipedema and cellulite massage.<\/p>\n

For a shorter appointment, discuss head, neck and shoulder massage or a facial massage with soft cupping, gua sha and lymphatic techniques, each 30 minutes. Ask about the availability of other techniques and the combination that fits your preferences.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<\/section>\n
